Delivery Details~The Old Boathouse will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If the item is in stock will will make it ready for despatch within 5 working days.

Royal Mail Postage
All items will be posted using Royal Mail standard first class post or parcel post depending on the size and weight of the item. The Royal Mail undertake to deliver first class parcels within 3 to 5 working days according to their published information.

Shipment charges detailed on the checkout page and on your invoice include the then Royal Mail postal charge as well as cost of packaging, etc. We reserve the right to use an alternative method of shipment at no extra cost to you and will inform you if such a change has been made.

Out of Stock
While we will take all reasonable measures to ensure that we have adequate stock to support the online shop and the shop carries accurate stock information we are fallible. In such a case we will endeavour to contact you by telephone first or by email if we can't speak to you to agree a course of action.
